A group of experts in public diplomacy has created a network to promote the exchange of the international scientific community in this field. With pleasure I find some familiar faces, many thanks to twitter and of course I encourage you to participate in discussions and proposals.
As part of the network h and launched a discussion group of the influence on the diplomacy of Technology Information and Communication (Digital Public Diplomacy) where you are welcome. Now we're talking about whether diplomats should / could / should keep blogging and the consequences that would entail.
