What To Write In A Batcherlorette Party Card

government talk tomorrow ... e-government today

do eternal For the previous post ... Read
the question by @ carlosguadian on his blog today. Open debate on it. Professionalising
know what it means the roost, then YES. Of course you need to know what the fuss is about, having a global vision of the scene, knowing ahead, get on planes and parachute jump but be bold without being reckless ...
By putting flesh on the grill Or is that the former Minister Sevilla (and others who may not advocate the professionalization of the e-administration) agree with the non-professional policy?
opens interesting debate.
If experts claim devocationalise e-administration, or at least be professional and intermediate, half-horse between political knowledge and the expertise of e-government, I deduce two conclusions: 1
. will assume as much for nuetsros representatives what about our politicians? Will participative citizens finally decide to take political positions, not their personal career ambitions but by their abilities to the common good? (A kind of return to the origins of politikom zoom) Back to the roots!
and 2. I will always be in line with measures that advocate open-mindedness in our civil service, in our politicians and our citizens, support of truth and not for the gallery, multidisciplinary profiles of mentalidadeds open and able to absorb more knowledge. To this should go through the blender so our nineteenth access systems to the public as the dynamics of citizen participation obsolete (outdated, especially since the advent of ICT and the rise of the public expressed, share and participation which let him, of course-)
Well, what we need and urgency are good professionals in this whole concoction, to stop tiing which we have already been busy and we can finally see the new dawn of e-administration, e-policy and e-citizenship (must be recognized that this is the latter which is progressing well)
I said and published.
