December 1 shall enter into force the new legal framework of the European Union after long period of uncertainty. Starting in January the English presidency have to deal in new arenas, so far untouched. Will certainly be a unique showcase that reflects our country. A golden opportunity for adequate public diplomacy strategy shine ... if any. Or so it took off ... I was on the runway.
